DIGITAL QUALITY LEAD

In this role you will…

  • Work as part of the site improvement plan team to remove nonvalue add steps in the process where digital solutions designs can be introduced, procedurals and used in place of manual steps
  • Work with the current electronic systems on site to identify and improve report building and visibility of data to provide leading indicators to drive improvements across teams and areas.
  • Troubleshooting manual data entry issues
  • Work with the site Data Integrity lead to ensure all areas of weaknesses identified on site are considered for improvement when working on solutions.
  • Where required, introduce new systems, such as electronic archiving system, to remove the use of multiple excel files and bring about efficiencies to the site.
  • With the use of Excel, introduce intuitive graphs using simple data and streamline the number of locations are added to at site.
  • Improve site processes for data manipulation and collation such as the area of complaints for support of PPR trends.
