The Person
- Forklift driving licence.

The role
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks
- Checking goods against customer manifests to ensure that correct quantity and type of goods are received?
- Separating and dividing pallets into orders
- Reporting any damaged, missing or faulty goods
- Moving the goods to the designated bays in the warehouse for reloading
- Reloading trucks according to delivery documents as planned.
- Labelling pallets that are not already labelled

Job Summary
Due to expansion we are looking for another IT Technician to join our team.
Someone with good diagnostic ability and a keen interest in all matters IT.
We service a broad range of customers, from Education, Accountancy, Healthcare, Legal etc.
Most of our work is on-site with our clients making sure that their systems are running to their optimal.
You will have:
- Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with our customers and pleasant manner. Customer is King.
- Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Server operating systems including Hyper V.
- Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Client operating systems.
- Networking experience – Structured cabling systems, configuration of Routers, Firewalls, WIFI, VPN, VLAN etc.
- Thorough knowledge of Cyber Security issues and mitigation of same.
- Knowledge of Apple and Linux systems an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Server an advantage.
- Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution.
- Previous experience of working in a Managed Services environment will be an advantage.
- Must hold a full clean drivers licence.

- Resolving technical issues both remotely and onsite at our client sites.
- Assisting in I.T. Projects and Rollouts for our clients, e.g. Hardware installations, Office 365 migrations, Wi-Fi Rollouts.
