KIDS COACH
Little Kickers are recruiting assistant coaches for classes in Dungarvan on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Assistant Coach Minimum Requirements:
- Genuine enjoyment of interacting with and teaching young children
- Experience of interacting with and dealing with young children (under 8) such as young relatives, own children or children encountered in a child care setting
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stay calm and poised under pressure.
- Ability to work in line with the Little Kickers employment policies as set out in the handbook (i.e. Equal Opportunities policy, anti Harassment policies etc)
- A personal commitment to sustaining professional practices in the workplace at all times including excellent personal timekeeping and punctuality and commitment to complete all required administrative tasks (Health & Safety Risk Assessment, Attendance Registers, Venue Feedback, Incident reporting)
- Adequate physical fitness and stamina sufficient to coach for three to four hours consecutive coaching with short breaks
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluent English
