MASSAGE THERAPISTS

We are looking to add to our growing team, with passionate and caring therapists. Our centre has a unique addition to the wellness journey having traditional hot saltwater seaweed baths. In your role here you would be responsible for the care of our clients throughout their experience.

  • Deliver therapy, massages and facials in a safe and professional manner
  • Prepare Seaweed baths for clients and inform clients on how make the most of their experience.

We expect all of our team to uphold hygiene standards and follow the health and safety regulations established.

  • Our centre also offers a small café facility – teas, coffees, cakes and treats.
  • We provide training on the different experiences available here with an aim to help you to quickly become part of our family.
  • We are a family run business, located in the Gaeltacht, and situated right on the scenic fishing harbour of Helvic.

  • Updated mandatory courses such as Patient Moving, and Handling Certificate are desirable but not essential as training can be given.

  • Ice cream production, following recipes accurately, and assisting with new product development as required
  • Production planning and stock control
  • High standards of cleanliness and record keeping
  • This job involves some heavy lifting and working on your own initiative
  • Delivery of ice cream to retail and food service outlets (driver’s license required)
  • HACCP training an advantage
  • Previous experience in food production or working in a kitchen would be an advantage but adequate training will be provided to a suitable candidate with similar experience and a positive attitude

The grant can be provided when a Case Officer or Job Coach have identified an immediate skills gap or related intervention, such as obtain or renew certification and permits that is preventing a jobseeker commencing a job offer.
