CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Young Microbrush, Dungarvan – We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our office in Dungarvan. You will be a vital part of our customer-focused team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries, order (from entry through to shipping) and customer queries or concerns. You will play a crucial role in liaising between customers, the sales team, and other relevant personnel to facilitate smooth order processing and assist with inquiries related to advertising and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about orders, advertising, and promotions.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess their needs.
- Accurately Manage customer orders and set up on the IFS or relevant order management system.
- System setup and management of customer details and agreements.
- Ensure that all order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery instructions, pricing and relevant discounts are entered correctly and efficiently.
- Promptly acknowledge receipt of customer orders and provide order confirmation.
- Manage back-order situations and file promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the availability of products and meet delivery timelines.

- Invoice and Packing Slip Issuance
- Generate and dispatch customer invoices and packing slips in a timely manner.
- Verify order accuracy and pricing information before invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and packing slips for future reference.
- Utilise the IT system as the system of record in a sustainable manner.
- Provide holiday cover for others within the team.
- Update relevant details to CRM system.
- Manage and own customer queries / complaints from system generation to closure.
- Carry out other duties as determined by management as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, order processing and / or shipping liaison role.
- Proficiency in using IT systems / software for order management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work as a team member and on one’s own initiative.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- German speaker advantageous.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE SPECIALIST
A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Glanbia Business Services in Dungarvan. This is a 1 year fixed term contract and will report to the Credit Controller on a hybrid working basis.
- Collection calls and correspondence for key accounts in a busy, fast-paced and goal-oriented Accounts Receivable Team.
- Being a key point of contact between the Shared Service Centre “SSC”and the Business Units (BU) to ensure prompt payment of debtor accounts.
- Communicate with the BU on account queries from debtors and internal departments
- Monitor aged debtors and coordinate with the BU to ensure proactive steps are taken to optimise collection.
- Report on KPIs to commercial and finance teams.
- Coordinate month end processes.
- Perform credit-checking activities, when new customers are created and when existing customer’s credit limits are due for review in accordance with the Group Credit Policy, maintaining appropriate records.
- Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures; and meets defined goals and activity metrics such as DSO and cash collections targets.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, projects, audits and other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the business unit.
- Assist Credit Controller with supporting the team needs.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Prior experience gained, preferably in an accounts receivable or credit control role in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of billing and collections processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in fluent English, in a clear manner to colleagues and customers.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large data reports with an excellent degree of accuracy.
- Strong excel analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Previous knowledge working on a large debtor ledger is desirable
- Knowledge of an ERP system is desirable – SAP
