This role involves working with a variety of plastics to create bespoke, high-quality products. Full training will be provided, but experience using hand tools, routers, and workshop equipment is especially important. If you have a background in carpentry, cabinet making, or similar hands-on work, we would especially like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld plastic products to a high standard.
- Use hand tools, routers, and other workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and follow technical drawings and instructions (training provided if needed).
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
What We are Looking For
- Practical skills and confidence with hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Experience in carpentry or cabinet making would be a big advantage.
- Previous plastic fabrication or welding experience is helpful but not essential — training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on product design, development, and support for production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and the ability to take designs from concept through to fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs and technical drawings using CAD/CAM software
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
- Develop prototypes and improve existing products based on feedback and performance
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver customised design solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, including technical specs, and change requests
- Provide input on tooling, materials, and production processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement in design, workflow, and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Design Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software — experience with Fusion 360, SpaceClaim, Progecad/Autocad or equivalent is essential

Experienced, Mature and Reliable Supervisor / Manager who will be responsible for the overnight security of the hotel and its guests and for clearing, cleaning, and setting conference and private dining rooms to guests’ specification. Beverage service experience is desirable. Fire Safety Awareness, First Aid and H&S awareness is fundamental to this role.
