About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic. You will be responsible for front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and supporting our physiotherapy team with administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answering phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Managing appointment bookings and patient records using clinic software
  • Handling payments and processing invoices
  • Checking and managing business invoices and daily accounts
  • Provide general information about the clinic’s services and procedures
  • Manage and monitor stock levels of clinic supplies
  • Supporting physiotherapists with general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area

What We are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, ability to navigate clinic management software efficiently)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive, friendly, customer-focused attitude and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a reception or admin role a bonus but not essential
  • Social media / marketing experience also a bonus

This role includes an expectation that provided appropriate training has been provided and a suitable level of technical competency and knowledge has been achieved; the Scientist will support complex analytical testing and high knowledge projects.   • This person will be responsible for providing cover for other members of staff as required and for taking part in the company’s weekend rota and/or overtime schedule.

  • They are responsible for their training, keeping their training records up to date and initiating training where possible when free from work.
  • Responsible for updating any relevant documentation as required.
