Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Timely communications with client enquiries, ensuring that all enquiries are processed efficiently and in a professional manner and provide necessary information on products, services, and delivery times. Follow up with clients regarding orders and provide post-sales support. Manage and process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in line with company policies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking targets, and performance.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and help them choose the right setup for their vehicle and business.
- Collaborate: Work alongside the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Administration: Preference will be given to candidates with a detailed understanding of bookkeeping, especially the preparation and submission of VAT returns and the efficient and effective operation of Payroll
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Outlook is a prerequisite.
- Experience in using an accounts package (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero etc.) and experience in operating and maintaining a payroll package a distinct advantage.
- Practice experience and or other bookkeeping/administration experience is desirable.

Shift Patterns:
Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am with your team, you will be getting our award-winning products fully stocked on the shop floor and our delicious bakery products ready for our customers to enjoy by opening time so they can Go Full Lidl!
Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, you will make sure our stores are spotlessly clean, well-presented and our products remain fresh, all while helping customers with queries on the shop floor and working on tills to minimise till queues.
Late shift: From your start time in the afternoon, you will make sure our customers experience is top class by serving them with a smile while on the tills, restocking missing items and getting the store ready for the next day.
