Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, through CEO Jenny Beresford, has been shortlisted for the National Menopause Champion Award at the 2025 Menopause Hub Academy Awards (October 2025).
This follows the Chamber’s national award win in 2024, recognising its leadership in supporting employers to implement practical menopause policies and supports.
Through its Menopause in the Workplace Support Pack, model policy template, and employer briefings, the Chamber has helped local businesses embed dignity, inclusion and comfort—with measurable benefits for staff retention, attraction and productivity.
